Labarang is round the corner

Hosh Hosh, its time to take down the Tupac and Pamela Anderson posters and hang the Rakams cause pwasa month is upon us - ok got the Kapie out of me.

Ok I just wanna wish all Muslims a Ramadaan Mubarak and hope that you gain whatever you seek from this auspicious (as the imams will say) month.
May your saum be filled with barakah Insha'alla.
To the sick and elderly may your prayers be heard even though you are unable to fast during this month.

Don't display any forms of negativity and enter the month with a positive frame of mind because if we enter the month with a negative attitude you will find all the excuses not to adhere to the guidelines set down to us those many moons ago.

My personal endeavour will to be more steadfast in my beliefs, be more family orientated, meaning phoning My mother and sisters at least once a week and not every "skrikkel jaar". Being more understanding to my wifes family and my in-laws and at least contacting my uncle for a boeka treat as like me his whole family is in Cape Town and we are up in Jhb.

So that is my pledge for the month and hopefully into spills over into the rest of the year Insh'alla.
